This property – like La Vimea and Paradiso Pure Living in the Dolomites – is also 100% committed to the environmental cause. There is an organic farm inside with a vegetable garden cultivated with organic seeds, where fruits follow the natural seasonal process like an ‘open-air museum’.

They also produce organic and vegan wines, without chemical additives with a very authentic taste and also a natural olive oil from olive groves present in the surrounding area for hundreds of years.
