Ethos Santorini includes two hospitality solutions: Ethos Vegan Suites in Fira and Ethos Vegan Retreat Imerovigli.

The word ETHOS already embodies the value of a vacation in full harmony with the environment and a lifestyle based on health, quality, and a series of measures aimed at enhancing and preserving the territorial richness of the Greek island of Santorini.

Artemis Sorotou and her husband Josh Koon own this peaceful heaven in Fira, once Artemis’ family home with numerous memories. Both with many years behind them in Travel and Experience in the tourism sector and a ‘vegan’ awareness that has matured giving life to a project that has brought them back to their origins. A concept they decided to expand with the creation of a Vegan Retreat in the quiet village of Imerovigli, also designed to host events and ceremonies.

Passion and belief shine through the actions and enthusiasm of its owner, Artemis, with the desire to always add something new to her colorful vegetable breakfasts and Guests’s stay.

Organic products from the ‘home’ – and local – gardens of selected farms help to create savory and balanced delicacies to start the day off right with taste and the right energy, because health and appetite are aspects to take care of.

The properties also aim to minimize the impact on the environment: flowers and herbs cross the external walls of both properties, no animal derivatives in the buildings, in the furnishings – designed by local artisans – and in the objects used in the everyday life, the presence of the vegetable gardens, recycling and composting, biodegradable and organic cleaning products, low energy consumption household appliances and lighting system.

Future action will include solar panels to further enhance the bioclimatic benefits of Santorini architecture.

The Ethos Fira Suites are built to give Guest the extreme well-being in their tidy eco-friendly minimalism: 100% organic cotton sheets, towels, slippers and bathrobes, natural herbal cosmetic products from Biorama Crete, vegan minibar, COCO MAT mattresses, tableware by the Greek artist Makaris Andreas, and outdoor low chemical hot tub.

Everything is designed to create an elegant comfort in which the Guests can feel at home.

Eco-chic escape

The domed residences of the Vegan Retreat Imerovigli are more spacious and offer two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living rooms and a terrace with a private heated pool and an outdoor hot tub. A ‘quiet luxury’ as it is defined by their owners, who offer their Guests a concierge service to fully experience their concept of holiday with a vegan and ecological orientation, which also includes private Yaga sessions, massages and wellness treatments.
